jdbk Terms & Conditions

Anyone who accesses the jdbk website and platform is considered to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions set out on this page. These terms form a legal agreement between the player and the jdbk platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.

To access the jdbk platform you must: (a) be 21 or older, (b) confirm that you are playing with your own funds, and (c) ensure that your use complies with your local laws.

jdbk is an online platform offering a range of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, football betting, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and Aung Bar Lay lottery. The services we offer may change from time to time, and we may add or remove services with prior notice to players.

Each player may only hold one account on the jdbk platform. Opening a second account using the same personal details, IP address, payment account, or device is strictly prohibited.

• If a second account is detected, the balance and bonuses in that account may be forfeited.
• Any financial rewards earned through a secondary account may be cancelled.
• The primary account may be suspended or closed.

The name, date of birth, phone number and payment details provided when registering an account must be accurate and correct. If it is found that an account was opened with false or stolen credentials, jdbk reserves the right to close the account and refuse withdrawal of funds without prior notice.

Players must keep their account login details — username and password — secure. Allowing any third party to access an account is strictly prohibited.

jdbk reserves the right to suspend a player's account in the following circumstances—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Detection of fraudulent or irregular activity
• Use of bonus exploitation strategies
• Player's own request to self-exclude (responsible gambling tool)

Deposits on the jdbk platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. The account used for deposits must be registered in the player's own name; third-party payments are not accepted.

If the amount is incorrect after a deposit, you must contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat in Myanmar language. Bonus eligibility must be selected at the time of deposit and cannot be changed afterwards.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Funds will normally arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the withdrawal request, though slight delays may occur due to verification requirements or bank technical issues.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will be blocked until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if irregular activity is detected.

jdbk's first deposit bonus is 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw after claiming this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (x15).

• This bonus can only be claimed once per person per account.
• Cash withdrawals are not available until the wagering requirement is met.
• jdbk reserves the right to review and determine each individual player's bonus eligibility.
• If account closure is requested before the wagering period is complete, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

If jdbk's monitoring system detects that the bonus amount is being played in a systematic way intended to generate direct profit (for example, using predetermined betting patterns), prizes and bonuses may be confiscated and the account may be suspended.

The jdbk VIP program has three progressive tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold—

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier upgrades are determined by jdbk's VIP team based on each player's gaming activity and engagement.

We are committed to ensuring every player on the jdbk platform has a fair gaming experience. Game results are generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so no player can predict, interfere with or alter those results in advance.

Using computer bots, automated scripts or game systems in any way that does not constitute normal gameplay is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately upon detection.

Any winnings obtained during a server failure, software bug, or communication disruption cannot be counted as valid income. jdbk reserves the right to void such winnings and can only return the player's balance to what it was before the malfunction occurred.

If you notice a technical malfunction, contact jdbk's Live Chat service immediately and stop playing. Deliberately exploiting a malfunction will be treated as fraud.
